Digital services
We supply subscription software for desk micro-break scheduling. There is no physical product to return. This policy explains cancellation, refunds, and your rights under New Zealand consumer law.
Consumer Guarantees Act 1993
If you are a consumer acquiring services for personal, domestic, or household use in New Zealand, services must be carried out with reasonable care and skill and be fit for purpose. If we fail a guarantee, you may be entitled to a remedy such as re-performance, refund, or compensation. See Consumer Information for the complaints process.
Business customers may agree in writing that the CGA does not apply where section 43(2) permits contracting out.
Cooling-off (new organisations)
First-time online subscriptions may be cancelled within 14 days of activation for a pro-rata refund of unused fees, unless bespoke onboarding or custom configuration has begun with your written approval.
Cancellation
Monthly plans: cancel before the next billing date via admin settings or email. Annual plans: provide 30 days notice before renewal. Access continues until the end of the paid period.
Refunds
Approved cooling-off refunds are processed within 14 New Zealand business days to the original payment method. Setup fees for custom onboarding are non-refundable once delivery has started, as stated in your order form.
Data after cancellation
You may request export of rhythm data within 30 days of cancellation. Thereafter data is deleted per our Privacy Policy, subject to legal retention.
