We supply subscription access to a desk micro-break scheduling platform and related onboarding support. This is a digital service consumed in New Zealand unless otherwise agreed in writing.
Consumer Guarantees Act 1993
Where you acquire services as a consumer in New Zealand, the Consumer Guarantees Act applies. Services must be carried out with reasonable care and skill, fit for a particular purpose you told us about, completed within a reasonable time when no time is set, and charged at a reasonable price when price is not set. Remedies may include re-supply, refund, or compensation depending on the failure. Business customers acquiring services for business use may agree otherwise where permitted by law.
Fair Trading Act 1986
We must not mislead consumers about price, features, or availability. Advertising and website content are prepared to be accurate at the time of publication. See Pricing for current NZD rates.
Unsolicited Electronic Messages Act 2007
Marketing emails include sender identification and an unsubscribe facility. We send promotional messages only where permitted or with consent, and honour opt-out requests promptly.
Complaints process
- Email reply@flexauplanet.world with your name, organisation, and summary of the issue.
- We acknowledge within three New Zealand business days.
- We aim to resolve within fifteen New Zealand business days, or provide an interim update.
If you remain dissatisfied and the matter relates to consumer guarantees, you may contact the Disputes Tribunal or Commerce Commission for guidance on your options.
